There will be fall sports at Kewaunee once it is safe to do so.
The Kewaunee School Board made the decision to allow its teams to participate under Packerland Conference guidelines. This allows the non-contact sports like cross country and tennis to begin practices immediately. Contact sports like football, soccer, and volleyball still have until September 7th to start their work. Competitions can't begin until the COVID-19 activity in Kewaunee County is considered low to moderate.
The season would consist of only Packerland Conference members with maybe one exception. The Green Bay Press-Gazette has floated the idea that Green Bay Notre Dame could join the Packerland Conference after the Fox River Classic Conference postponed its fall season and two other conferences, the Northeastern (which features Luxemburg-Casco) and the Bay chose not to invite them.
