Schopf reaches milestone in Pioneer volleyball win

Sevastopol volleyball player Leah Schopf reached a big milestone on Monday night as the Pioneers beat Bonduel in a three-match sweep 26-24, 25-17, 25-13.

Head coach Rox Schopf was especially proud of her junior libero, who reached 1,000 digs in her high school career, a mark she says takes most players four years to reach.

Brynn Schartner had 11 kills and 10 digs, while Aleah Volkmann had 14 kills and three aces to complement Schopf in the win.

The Pioneers improve to 16-6 on the season and play Kewaunee Thursday night for Senior Night.
