Eagles football battle Storm at home

The Southern Door and Kewaunee football teams will meet in Brussels to renew Packerland pleasantries on Friday night.

The Eagles are coming off a 26-0 loss to Oconto, which dropped them to 1-4 on the season. The quarterback tandem of Caleb Delwiche and Beau Schley struggled as they threw for just 37 yards combined on seven completions for no touchdowns but three interceptions. Raymond Paye rushed for 70 yards on the ground.

The Storm steamrolled Sturgeon Bay 51-0 last week to spoil the Clippers' Hall of Fame Night. On a sloppy night, Diesel Bosdeck threw a touchdown and an interception while accumulating 49 yards through the air, while rushing for another 50 yards and two touchdowns on the ground. Blake Temme piled up 100 yards on the ground with a score, while Dane Harrell also reached the end zone.

Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
