The Southern Door baseball team gave up at least three runs in each of the first three innings of 12-0 rout by Coleman on Thursday.

The Cougars tallied three runs in the first and second inning before putting the game on thin ice in the third inning with five more runs. Quintyn Schwartz's third inning single and Hoyt Austad's fifth inning single provided the Eagles' offensive highlights as they were outhit 13-2. Schwartz took the loss on the mound, allowing 11 runs (8 ER) on 11 hits across three innings while striking out two.
