Southern Door softball controlled both games from the start, sweeping Sturgeon Bay 15-0 and 21-0.

In game one, the Eagles erupted for seven runs in the first inning, highlighted by a two-run inside-the-park home run from Lilly Vandertie. Grace Vogel added three hits and earned the win in the circle, allowing just one hit while striking out seven.

Game two was more of the same, as Southern Door broke it open with a 12-run second inning and never looked back in a 21-0 victory. Samantha Melville and Vandertie each drove in three runs, while Alanah Kaye tossed three no-hit innings with eight strikeouts.

Southern Door piled up runs with timely hitting and patience at the plate, drawing 16 walks in game two, while playing clean defense across the doubleheader.
