Sturgeon Bay (9-10) boys basketball are on the road again, this time heading to Valders (6-13) for a Saturday afternoon matchup with tip-off at 2:30 p.m.
Led by juniors Ben Ash and Sam Fruzyna, the Clippers have relied on the pair for 27.3 of the teams 51.5 points per game this season and will need another big afternoon looking for the win against a struggling defense.
Valders Mason Staudinger is averaging just shy of 20 points a game and his counterpart Jacob Olson is adding 13.2 points on 40.3% shooting.
The Clippers are being outscored by just 1.7 points per game and look to take down a confident Vikings team who has allowed more than 60 points on average this season.
Both programs are 4-6 in their last ten games.
