The 2-3 Southern Door Eagles hope to ride the momentum of last week's win as they host the 1-4 Oconto Blue Devils for their 2025 Homecoming game on U102.1 and NEW Radio Sports Network. 

 

The Eagles are coming off a 22-6 victory over the Peshtigo Bulldogs. The only score the Eagles gave up came on the opening kickoff, when they allowed an 80-yard touchdown return. Tallon Mueller found Raymond Paye on the next drive to tie the game at 6-6. Mueller was partially responsible for the other 2 Southern Door touchdowns, finding Lauden Berg and Eli Jaden for a touchdown and two-point conversion in the first half and a 6-yard QB keeper to close out the scoring. 

 

 

Oconto is coming off a 36-0 victory over Sturgeon Bay last week.

 

As part of the Homecoming week festivities, the students were treated to a Powder Puff game on Tuesday night and dress-up days throughout the week across the Elementary, Middle, and High Schools.  Friday morning, the Southern Door Alumni Hall of Fame will induct its four newest members. To go along with the Friday night game, there will be a pre-game bonfire, beginning at 6:00, an introduction of the homecoming court at halftime, and post-game fireworks shortly after the game ends. The homecoming dance is Saturday evening.
