Eagles baseball batters Blazers

After blowing past the Clippers on Monday, the Southern Door baseball team burned the Blazers for 10 runs in a 10-0 win over NEW Lutheran on Tuesday.

The second inning proved to be the most fruitful for the Eagles as they scored in each of the five innings played. In the frame, Braylon Berg's RBI double and singles from Isaac Baudhuin and Collin Everard helped the Eagles score four runs. The Eagles pounded out 12 hits, led by three from Everard and two from Tyler Neinas and Drew Daoust. Baudhuin and Everard each tallied two RBI while six others drove in at least one. Helping the cause was also five Blazers errors. Mason Paye didn't need much to secure the win on the mound, allowing just two hits and no walks while striking out nine.
