The Southern Door Eagles baseball team came back from a four-run deficit before it rolled past Marinette 9-6 on Monday night.
The Eagles scored six runs in the fourth thanks to a Braylon Berg bases-loaded triple. He would later score on a throwing error to third. The Eagles added an insurance run in the sixth on a sac fly by Drew Daoust. Berg led the Eagles with two hits, three RBI, and three stolen bases.
Isaac Baudhuin went first five innings for the win. Nick Beck pitched the last two innings in relief. Levi Hanson took the loss for Marinette after five innings of work, allowing eight runs (6 earned). Hanson also had two hits for Marinette.
