There are many times in the final week of the season that teams are playing in nearly meaningless games. That will not be the case on Friday night when the Southern Door Eagles hosts the Mishicot Indians on U102.1.
While it is certain the Eagles will be in the playoffs, their seeding is not set. With a little bit of help, the Eagles could catch up to Bonduel atop the Packerland standings. Entering the game on a 5-game win streak, the Eagles need to first take care of business at home, on Senior Night. Last week against Sturgeon Bay, 30 of the Eagles 42 points were scored by seniors including Grant Weber's two rushing touchdowns, and Drew Daoust finding Mason Paye in the endzone through the air.
Mishicot on the other hand, is fighting for their playoff lives. The Indians enter the game on a 2-game win streak after beating Marinette 20-14 last week.
Jacob Nate will lead you through all the action starting at 6:45p.m. for pregame, with kickoff to follow at 7:00 on U102.1 and the NEWRadioSportsNetwork.
