The Southern Door girls' basketball open their Packerland slate at home with a matchup against Peshtigo at 7:30 p.m.

The Eagles jumped out to a 10-point lead and never looked back in its 49-41 win over Two Rivers on Saturday. Ashlyn Delfosse led the way with 21 points in the victory.

The Bulldogs have opened the year with two consecutive losses to Wittenberg-Birnamwood and Coleman. In both games, they failed to score at least 25 points.
