The Southern Door softball team hope to keep their hot start going as they head to Sturgeon Bay to take on their local rivals.
In their last game, the Lady Eagles improved on the season with a 7-2 record beating Seymour 11-9. The winning pitcher was Ashlyn Delfosse. Chloe Lustila earned the save pitching the final three innings giving up one run and striking out two. Lustila also registered four hits including a three-run homer and scored three runs.
The Clippers dropped a doubleheader to Sevastopol with scores of 3-1 in the opener and 9-1 in the nightcap.
The first pitch is scheduled for 4:30 p.m.
