DC United tops Pulaski

The DC United Swim team came away with a 90-74 victory on Tuesday night at the Door County YMCA.  The results and notable finishes are listed below.


-1st place finish in the 200 medley relay (Race Kasten, Jack Monfils, Colton Blackley, Logan Filar) with a time of 1:46.70
-1st (Monfils, Blackley, Ezra Linnan, Filar) and 3rd (Branden Neubauer, Tre Wienke, Eric Jimenez-Polster, George Atwell) place finishes in the 200 free relay with a time of 1:37.44 and 1:51.34 respectively
-2nd place finish in the 400 free relay (Kasten, Neubauer, Wienke, Filar) with a time of 3:52.40

-Neubauer took 1st in the 200 free with a time of 2:13.31 and Jimenez-Polster took 5th with a time of 2:29.20
-Monfils placed 1st in the 200 IM with a time of 2:10.07 and Blackley took 3rd with a time of 2:22.92
-Kasten took 1st in the 50 free with a time of 24.22 and Atwell took 3rd with a time of 26.44 (a season best outside of a relay split)
-Monfils took 1st in the 100 fly with a time of 59.75 and Blackley took 3rd with a time of 1:06.19 (a season best)
-Linnan took 1st in the 100 free with a time of 56.53 (a season best outside of a relay split) and Wienke took 3rd with a time of 1:01.82 (a season best outside of a relay split)
-Kasten took 2nd in the 500 with a time of 5:50.68 (a season best) and Atwell took 3rd with a time of 6:08.88 (a season best)
-Linnan took 1st in the 100 back with a time of 1:07.86 and Jimenez-Polster took 4th with a time of 1:20.88 (a season best)
-Filar placed 1st in the 100 breast with a time of 1:11.23 and Wienke took 2nd with a 1:16.26

Saturday is Conference Championship at Chilton, and hosted by Kiel.
