The Southern Door Eagles will take on the Oconto Blue Devils in their Packerland conference opener on Tuesday night. 

Southern Door had a successful trip to Denmark over the weekend, finishing second after a loss to a very talented and undefeated Cedar Grove Belgium team 60-55. Forward Allianna Dufek has gotten off to a great start through the first four games, averaging 15.2 points per game and has had two games of over 20 points scored. The guard play for the Eagles has been much improved as well, as Callie Miller and Payton Gilbertson have both shown their ability to take over the game this season. 

Oconto is the reigning Packerland conference champions, and have started the season 2-1 as well. The Blue Devils lost conference player of the year Lianna Baxter last season as she committed to Oakland University. The Blue Devils have another high scorer however, as sophomore guard Addisyn Viestenz has taken over the scoring for Oconto averaging 21.7 points per game.
