The Southern Door Eagles will travel to Manitowoc Lutheran on Thursday after sweeping Gibraltar in an opening-round matchup in Brussels on Tuesday.

The Eagles beat the Vikings 25-11, 25-20, 25-17.

Standouts include Alaina Shimon (4 aces, 2 blocks, 25 assists), Ashlyn Delfosse (4 aces), Paige Olson (2 blocks, 11 kills), Kendra Shimon (8 kills), and Greta Gutschow (17 digs). 

Manitowoc Lutheran finished its season 5-2 en route to an overall record of 15-14. They swept New Holstein 3-0 in their first-round match on Tuesday. Match time is set for 7 p.m.
