The Southern Door volleyball team captured one set but lost its matchup to Sevastopol 3-1 Thursday night.

 

The Eagles fell in four sets 16-25, 25-19, 16-25, 25-27. Leading the way for the Eagles were Paige Olson (7 aces, 8 kills, 4 blocks), Kendra Shimon (12 kills, 8 digs), Alaina Shimon (33 assists) and Bella Price (8 kills, 16 digs). 

 

The Eagles are back in action on Saturday at the Ripon High School Invitational. That tournament will feature the host school, Crandon, Green Bay West, Omro, Waupun, Winnebago Lutheran Academy, and Wisconsin Dells. 

 

The Pioneers will host Mishicot on Tuesday.
