The Southern Door girls' basketball team saw their five-point lead halftime disappear Tuesday night.

Kendra Shimon scored eight of her team-high 21 points in the first half to help stake the Eagles to the 18-13. Both teams came out firing in the second half as Shimon hit three three-pointers just to keep pace with the motivated Wolves squad. Halle Panger hit four three-pointers in the second half en-route to her team-high 18 points as the Eagles kept Ryley Zimmerman in check with just seven points. Paige Gilbertson and Ashlyn Delfosse also registered eight points in the loss for the Eagles.
