The Southern Door Eagles girls' basketball team is looking to continue the positive momentum from last Saturday's big win against Sturgeon Bay when they host Algoma Tuesday night.
The Eagles jumped out to a 42-8 lead in that game before finishing with the 70-28 win. That improved their record to 5-15 on the season and 4-8 in the Packerland Conference. Kendra Shimon leads the team in scoring with 11 points per game with Ashlyn Delfosse close behind with approximately nine points per game.
The Wolves got back into the win column last week when it snuck past Sevastopol in a low-scoring 36-31 game. Ryley Zimmerman leads the Wolves with 10 points and seven rebounds per game.
The opening tip is at 7:30 p.m.
