The Southern Door boys basketball program has been far and away the most successful program, boys or girls, over the past five years. The high flying Eagles led by Coach Derik Hawkey will begin their state tournament march Friday night on 102.1 FM WRKU and streamed worldwide at DoorCountyDailyNews.com.

Former head varsity head coach Ben Rikkola will join me, Nick Freimuth, for the call of every postseason Eagles basketball game. The Quietwoods RV Pre-Game SHow will begin at 6:45 PM with tip-off at 7:00 PM. Coach Hawkey will preview their regional matchup with the Keil Raiders. 

After winning their fifth consecutive conference title, Southern Door is the #1 seed in the regionals. If they win Friday night they will host a regional final Saturday night again at 7:00 PM. They will play the winner of #4 Valders and #5 Chilton.
