Gibraltar boys look for bounceback against Sturgeon Bay on 105.1 The GOAT

The Gibraltar Vikings boys' basketball team will look to snag their second Packerland win Tuesday night when they play Sturgeon Bay Tuesday night.

The Vikings saw another conference win slip away on Friday, losing to Southern Door 60-53. Key to the Eagles' success was shutting down Sam Lindenberg, who had to resort to other ways to contribute after scoring only four points. Gibraltar head coach Justin Burress said on the post-game show they just have to limit their mistakes.

The Clippers enter the game with a 2-5 record in the Packerland Conference after beating Algoma 64-46 in its last matchup on Friday. Isaak Aune was able to exceed his season average with 18 points in the game while Gannon Evers chipping in 16 points. Preston Newton has been steady all season long for the Clippers as he is in the top two for points, rebounds, and assists.

Tanner DeGrave and Jacob Nate will have the call on 105.1 The GOAT beginning at 7:00 p.m. with the pregame followed by the opening tip at 7:30 p.m. The game is also available to stream on NEWRadioSportsNetwork.com.
