At long last, the Green Bay Packers open the home portion of their schedule on Thursday when they welcome the Atlanta Falcons to Lambeau Field.

The Packers came from behind in the fourth quarter to steal a football game as they beat the New York Jets 20-17 in overtime on Sunday. Jordan Love did enough to lead the Packers to victory, throwing for 145 yards and two scores while Kaleb Johnson led the rushing attack with 32 yards. Matthew Golden led the team in receiving with four receptions for 58 yards. Lukas Van Ness had a huge game on defense, recording six tackles, including three for a loss, including on a 4th-and-1 play that would have all but clinched the game for the Jets.

The Falcons are 0-2 on the season and have yet to have an offensive possession inside the red zone. They lost their last game 20-13 to the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Falcons are expected to trot out Michael Penix for the first time this season after he and new signee Tua Tagovailoa got hurt in the preseason.
