Daniel Dickinson has been on an offensive tear for the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers in the second half of the Midwest League season. He got so hot in August that Minor League Baseball named Dickinson as the winner of their Player of the Month award for August.
Dickinson, the sixth-round pick of the Milwaukee Brewers in the 2025 draft out of LSU, played in all of Wisconsin’s 27 games in August. He was 36-for-105 (.343) with four homers, nineteen RBI, and eighteen stolen bases. Additionally, Dickinson had nine doubles, scored 25 runs, and walked fifteen times. He had an OPS of 1.033 in August.
The Rattlers second baseman led the Midwest League in average, runs, hits, and steals in August.

Dickinson has 55 stolen bases this season, the second-most steals in Timber Rattlers history. He is one of only three Timber Rattlers to reach 50 stolen bases in a season in franchise history.
The last Timber Rattler to win a Midwest League Monthly Award from MiLB was Luke Adams, who won the July Player of the Month in 2024. There have been five other Rattlers who have won a Monthly Award from MiLB since 2021.
