All it took was one big inning for the Green Bay Rockers to secure their third win in a row on Thursday night as they beat the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters 8-6 on the road.

After allowing two runs in the fifth inning, the Rockers rallied to score seven runs in the sixth inning, with RBI singles from Dawson Schmidt and Coleman Lewis acting as the frame's biggest blows. The Rafters rallied for three runs in the ninth inning and had the tying run at the plate before pitcher Skyler Sievert induced a popout to secure the save.

The Rockers were outhit 9-4, but they took advantage of nine walks and two errors to score their runs. Lewis led the Rockers with three RBI while four others had one. Austin Grube got the win on the mound, allowing two runs (2 ER) on six hits and three walks while striking out four across 5.2 innings. 

The Rockers will end their season in Madison with games at 6:35 p.m. on Friday and 6:05 p.m. on Saturday against the Mallards.
