Glory head south of the border for Chicagoland matches

The Green Bay Glory soccer teams head south of the Cheddar curtain for matches on Saturday with the women playing Chicago Kics and the men battling AFC Roscoe.

The Glory women are trying to snap their losing skid on their own terms after having their final home match of the season canceled last week. The Glory are looking for their first win since a 6-0 rout of Milwaukee City AFC on May 19th. In the weeks since, the Glory have gone 0-4-2.

Green Bay Glory's Keven Sosa found the scorebook three times in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Cedar Rapids Inferno. Sosa scored a goal to open the scoring and set up Dennis Nyame on both ends of his brace to cap off his impressive day on the pitch. Joshua Johansen buried a penalty kick to account for the other goal while David Dougherty had a big day in net to preserve the victory.

The Glory men will be in action on again on Saturday with a match against AFC Roscoe on the road at noon. The Glory women will wrap up their 2026 season on Saturday with a road match against Chicago Kics at 3 p.m.
