The fifth week of the Door County League Baseball season will feature a full slate of games on Sunday including Maplewood making the trip north to face Baileys Harbor.
The Mets are coming off a 3-0 loss to Kolberg last Sunday. Jaden Diller had two of the team's three hits while Tory Jandrin took the loss on the mound. The duo of Tory and Will Jandrin were able to hold down the Braves as much as they could, allowing three runs (3 ER) on seven hits while striking out four.
A pair of three-run innings helped the A's earn the 9-6 road win over Egg Harbor on Sunday. Ethan Kratcha and the Lodl brothers each had two hits with Danny and Chris each driving in a pair. Kratcha earned the win on the mound, allowing no runs on two hits while striking out a pair.
Gary Barta will have the call on 105.1 The GOAT beginning at 1:15 p.m. with the pregame show followed by the first pitch at 1:30 p.m.
Sunday's other matchups include Kolberg hosting Egg Harbor, Sister Bay visiting Washington Island, and West Jacksonport welcoming Institute.
