The Green Bay Blizzard has recently announced the signing of offensive lineman Mohamed Elazazy for the rest of the 2026 season.
Elazazy, the 6’5 330-pound Egyptian native, is entering his rookie season in the IFL. He spent his collegiate career at Western Michigan University (WMU). He made his debut in 2018 with an o-line unit that was among the best in their conference, ranking second in sacks allowed per game. Learning under that unit benefited Elazazy. During the 2019 season, he appeared in all 13 games, filling in on the offensive line and on special teams. WMU was third in the conference and 18th nationally in fewest sacks allowed per game (1.38) that season. After COVID-19 claimed the 2020 season, Elazazy joined Alabama A&M. In 2022, he appeared in six of the team's 11 games that season.
