The area's baseball teams have their marching orders for when the WIAA Tournament begins next week.

 

Kewaunee earned a #1 seed and it will await the matchup between #9 Peshtigo and #8 Sevastopol. The Pioneers will host the Bulldogs on May 28th before a potential matchup against the Storm on June 2nd. The Storm and Pioneers also have Southern Door in their bracket if they can win two games, including their tournament opener on May 28th at #5 Oconto.

 

Gibraltar/Washington Island is a #2 seed with a date against either Prentice or Three Lakes on June 2nd.

 

Algoma is a #7 seed and will host Mishicot on May 28th. Sturgeon Bay is also in the same region as the Wolves as they open their tournament run on the same day on the road against #6 Coleman.

 

Regional championship games will take place on June 3rd before potentially two sectional games take place on June 9th.
