Gamblers let game slip from Roughriders

The Green Bay Gamblers gave up three unanswered goals to see a 4-3 game turn into a 6-4 loss to the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders Friday night in Iowa. 

 

William Samuelsson and Cruz Martin tallied goals in the first two periods, but the Gamblers still found themselves down 3-2 entering the third period. The Gamblers flipped the game early in the third period with Nick Knutson and Landon Hafele  within 12 second of each other within the first two minutes of the frame. The RoughRiders tied the game in the 11th minute and tallied two more in the final 60 seconds to take the first of two game in Cedar Rapids.

 

The Gamblers are back in action Saturday at 7:05 p.m.
