The Luxemburg-Casco bowling team wrapped up their season in Weston last weekend as they competed in the 2026 BCAW High School Bowling Club (HSBC) State Tournament at Dale's Weston Lanes.
On Friday, they were in third place with an average score of 183.07, which was about seven pins back from first-place Wittenberg. As more teams competed, they found themselves in eighth place, two pins ahead of fellow DC Lakeshore Bowling Club members Southern Door but an average of eight pins behind first place Waterford Union (191.67). The Spartans posted three rounds of over 200, including one that was a 240. The Eagles had four rounds over 200 with a high of 221.
Kewaunee's Preston Slack was the last bowler standing from the team in the individual competition. He scored a 1,263 thanks in part to two games over 200 points to finish Saturday's round in 18th place.
