The Green Bay Rockers have recently signed Jiyeong Park and Hyunwook Lee from the New Mexico Military Institute.
Jiyeong Park, a 6’2”, 213 lb right-handed pitcher, is in his sophomore year. Appearing in four games this year, starting 1. Park has a 2-1 record, striking out 20 batters in just 17.1 innings. During his freshman year, he threw 84 innings, totaling 117 strikeouts with an ERA of 4.07.
Hyunwook Lee, a 6’, 194 lb left-handed pitcher, is in his sophomore year. In four games played, he has posted a 3-0 record with a 2.55 ERA. In 17.2 innings, he struck out 30 batters, only walking nine. His strikeout total ranks #9 in the nation and #1 in the region, while his 15.28 strikeouts per nine innings also ranks #1. In his freshman year, he threw 99 innings while racking up 102 strikeouts and a 4.27 ERA.
