The UW-Green Bay men’s basketball team is preparing to host the Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons on Thursday at the Kress Events Center in front of a nationally-televised audience.
The Phoenix sit in third place in the Horizon League with a 9-6 conference record. The Mastodons are right behind them with an 8-6 mark in conference play.
The Mastodons are looking to bounce back from a 73-68 loss to Wright State.
The Phoenix aim to build off a 76-63 victory over Detroit Mercy. The offense showed balanced scoring, with five players reaching double figures. CJ O’Hara led the team with 17 points, followed by Caden Wilkins with 14, Marcus Hall with 13, Lebron Thomas with 11 and Preston Ruedinger with 10.
Tipoff is at 6 p.m.
