Packers signing players to active roster

Ahead of Saturday's playoff game against the Bears, the Green Bay Packers have made several roster adjustments, primarily by activating multiple players from the practice squad. These additions include quarterback Desmond Ridder (a 4th-year veteran acquired on Dec. 31, 2025, who played collegiately at Cincinnati), rookie wide receivers Julian Hicks (who played at Albany) and Keisean Johnson (an undrafted free agent from Western Kentucky), rookie tight end Messiah Swinson (from Arizona State), and linebacker Anthony Campbell (originally an undrafted free agent from Miami). The corresponding moves saw cornerback Bo Melton placed on injury reserve and quarterback Clayton Tune released.
