Packers march into Sunday's matchup to different Tune

The Green Bay Packers received good news about Jordan Love on Thursday, though it will not mean you will see him play on Sunday.

Head Coach Matt LaFleur announced that Love passed concussion protocol for the first time since sustaining the head injury against the Chicago Bears on December 21st. With nothing to play for on Sunday and given the injury luck the team has suffered since Christian Watson and Micah Parsons left the Denver game, Love will miss a second straight week. In his place, Clayton Tune will start in the regular-season finale against Minnesota with newly-signed Desmond Ridder the most likely player to serve as his back-up. In addition to his shoulder injury that he sustained in Chicago, Malik Willis has been limited in practice due to a hamstring issue as well.

With many starters likely sitting out on Sunday, what's left of the Packers will kickoff against the Vikings on Sunday at noon.
