With Jordan Love sidelined by a concussion, Malik Willis made the start at quarterback for Green Bay, but it was Derrick Henry who stole the spotlight as the Ravens rolled past the Packers 41-24 Saturday night at Lambeau Field.
Henry was dominant from the opening drive, rushing for 216 yards on 36 carries and scoring four touchdowns, three of them in the first half. Green Bay struggled to slow the Ravens’ ground attack all night, forcing just one punt and losing the turnover battle.
The Packers showed fight coming out of halftime, trimming the deficit to three, but Baltimore answered immediately. Quarterback Tyler Huntley, filling in for the injured Lamar Jackson, led a steady drive to push the lead back to double digits, and Green Bay would not threaten again.
Willis turned in a strong performance despite the loss, throwing for 288 yards and a touchdown to Christian Watson while adding two rushing scores of his own. Still, the defense could not come up with the stops needed to keep pace.
The loss marks Green Bay’s third straight and clinches the NFC North for Chicago. The Packers now turn their attention to getting healthy as they prepare for a Week 18 matchup with Minnesota before heading into a first-round wild card game.
