The UW-Green Bay women’s basketball team is hitting the road this Saturday to face the Miami Ohio RedHawks at Millet Hall. The Phoenix are looking to bounce back from their recent loss to the #20-ranked Washington, 79-74. The Phoenix were leading 65-56 heading into the 4th quarter, but a career high 30 point performance from Washington's Sayvia Sellers was too much. Leading the Phoenix in points was Jenna Guyer with 19, also having 8 rebounds and a steal. Maddy Skorupski chipped in 14 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 steals. Carley Duffney and Megahn Schultz each contributed 13 points. Leading the Phoenix in assists and steals was Kamy Peppler, having 7 points, 4 rebounds, 9 assists, and 3 steals.
The tip-off is at 12:00 PM.
