Blizzard continuing to make roster additions

The Green Bay Blizzard has continued building its roster for the upcoming 2026 IFL season by signing three new players.

Najei Snyder joins the team as a rookie defensive back. The 5’10”, 175-pound athlete played his entire collegiate career at Saint Anselm College, appearing in 39 games. Snyder recorded 60 total tackles (5 for loss), 1 sack, 1 interception, and 26 pass deflections. He also contributed on special teams, returning 26 kicks for 800 yards and scoring a touchdown off a blocked punt.

Receiver Draysean Hudson, a 6’0”, 175-pound veteran, is entering his third season in the IFL. He spent his first two seasons with the Sioux Falls Storm, where he showcased his versatility by logging 178 rushing yards and 7 touchdowns on 24 carries, along with 866 receiving yards and 21 touchdowns on 66 receptions.

The Blizzard also signed running back Walter Wilbon III, a 5’11”, 205-pound product of Florida Memorial University. Wilbon spent his initial two collegiate seasons (2019 and 2020) at Ohio University but did not see game action before transferring to Florida Memorial. He played in 20 games during the 2023 and 2024 seasons, becoming a standout performer. His career there includes 1,935 rushing yards and 23 touchdowns on 262 carries, 331 receiving yards and 4 touchdowns on 35 receptions, 99 yards on three punt returns, and 80 yards on three kick returns, along with six tackles and half a tackle for loss. Wilbon broke out in his senior year (2024), becoming the program's first 1,000-yard rusher since the Lions’ return and earning a spot on the Sun Conference First Team.
