The Green Bay Gamblers are preparing to play back-to-back games against the Madison Capitols this Friday and Sunday. Both games will be held in Madison at Bob Suter's Capitol Ice Arena. The Capitols are heading into the series fresh off a 6-2 victory over the Cedar Rapids Rough Riders. The Gamblers recently had back-to-back home games, securing wins in both outings. Last Friday, they defeated the Waterloo Blackhawks 3-2, with goals credited to Jack Wooten, Ethan Drabicki, and Brady Katz. Goalie Joey Slavick earned the win, making 17 saves on 19 shots. On Saturday, Green Bay continued their winning streak, beating the Dubuque Fighting Saints 3-2. Katz, Drabicki, and Liam Samuelson scored for the Gamblers, and Leo Henriquez secured the win in goal by stopping 31 of 33 shots.
