Packers Hall of Fame inducting Earl Dotson and Tramon Williams

The Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame will induct Earl Dotson and Tramon Williams at the 56th Hall of Fame Induction Banquet. The banquet is scheduled for July 30th, 2026. Information about tickets and dinner will be released in the future. Tramon Williams began his NFL journey with the Packers in 2006. Initially signed to the practice squad as an undrafted free agent out of Louisiana Tech University, Williams defied expectations to carve out a remarkable career. He spent 10 seasons with the Packers during his 14-year career, contributing to the Packers' defense. During his tenure in Green Bay, Williams amassed 569 tackles (436 solo), 30 interceptions, 156 pass deflections, 6 forced fumbles, and 10 fumble recoveries. Williams was a key defensive player in Green Bay's Super Bowl XLV victory, playing a crucial role in their unexpected run to the wild-card game. That season, he led the NFL with a total of nine interceptions, including three in the playoffs, which tied the franchise record for a single postseason.. Joining Williams in this esteemed induction class is Earl Dotson, an offensive tackle whose entire 10-year NFL career was spent with the Green Bay Packers. Dotson was a third-round draft pick from Texas A&I (now known as Texas A&M-Kingsville). After two seasons, he solidified his position as a starter in his third year, going on to start 88 of the 120 games he played for the team. Dotson's consistent and reliable performance on the offensive line was a cornerstone of the Packers' success during his era. His time with the team saw them make 8 playoff appearances and compete in 2 Super Bowls. Notably, Dotson was a key component of the Packers' offensive line during the 1997 Super Bowl, where they secured a dominant 35-21 victory over the New England Patriots. Beyond his on-field achievements, Dotson also earned the Ed Block Courage Award. This award celebrated his courage, sportsmanship, and unwavering commitment to the team, highlighting his impact both as a player and a leader.
