Door County football preview: Sevastopol, Sturgeon Bay face conference opponents

In addition to our coverage of Southern Door and Gibraltar tonight, two other Door County teams will be in action on the gridiron.

Sturgeon Bay High School's football team is gearing up for its fourth game this Friday, as it prepares to host the Peshtigo Bulldogs. The Clippers are eager to bounce back after a loss on Saturday, where they fell 0-62 to Marinette. Despite the lopsided score, the team remains focused on improvement and is determined to secure its first victory in front of its home crowd.

Sevastopol High School's football team is set to return to its home turf this Friday to face off against the Lena/St. Thomas Aquinas Titans. The Pioneers are riding high after a 55-22 victory in their last home game against the Suring Eagles. With an impressive 3-0 record, the Pioneers are determined to protect their undefeated streak. The Titans will present a challenge, but the Pioneers are preparing to maintain their dominant form. Fans are encouraged to come out and support the team as they aim for their fourth consecutive victory.

Both games kickoff at 7 p.m.
