The area's cross country teams will head to two different cross country invitationals on Thursday.
Luxemburg-Casco, Appleton East, Ashwaubenon, Bay Port, De Pere, Denmark, Freedom, Gillett, Green Bay East, Green Bay Southwest, Green Bay United Wrestling, Kewaskum, Kewaunee, Kimberly, Laconia, Lena, Manitowoc Lincoln, Manitowoc Lutheran, Mukwonago, New London, Notre Dame Academy, Oconto Falls, Oneida Nation, Peshtigo, Plymouth, Pulaski, Sevastopol, Seymour, Shawano Community, Southern Door, Waterford, Wausau West, West De Pere, Winnebago Lutheran Academy, Winneconne, and Wrightstown will race at UW-Green Bay's Shorewood Cross Country Course for an invite host by De Pere. Races begin at 4 p.m.
Sturgeon Bay will head to Green Bay's Josten Park to battle Bonduel, Chesterton Academy of St. John Paul II Classical, NEWCHAA (Northeast Wisconsin Christian Homeschoolers Athletic Associaton), Omro, Providence Academy (Green Bay), Ripon, Sheboygan Falls, and Sheboygan North beginning at 4 p.m.
Gibraltar will cruise past Green Bay to Kiel where they will face Valders, Little Chute, Campbellsport, Chilton, Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah, Hilbert, Mishicot, New Holstein, Oostburg, Port Washington, Random Lake, Roncalli, Two Rivers, Washington County Home School Athletics, Kettle Moraine Lutheran, St. Mary's Springs Academy, Reedsville, Denmark, and St. Ignatius - Chesterton Academy at 4 p.m.
