The Door County Baseball League Championship Sunday will be a familiar sight in Kolberg Labor Day weekend after the Braves beat the Mets 10-1 and Sister Bay topped West Jacksonport 3-2.

In Kolberg, the Braves answered the Mets' opening inning run with four of their own, thanks to solo shots from Trevor Reinhardt and Austin Rohe and a two-run single from Sam Koss. The Braves extended their lead with single tallies in six innings, including the final five frames. Reinhardt and Rohe each had three hits and two RBI, while Jack Peterson, Nick LeCaptain, and Koss each had two hits. Four Braves players had multi-RBI games, including three from Koss. Reinhardt earned the win, pitching six innings of shutout ball, scattering five hits while striking out six. Kordell Draves led the Mets with two hits and the team's lone RBI. Seven other Mets tallied at least one hit, with Adam Gustschow slugging the lone extra-base knock. Tory Jandrin took the loss, allowing eight runs (8 ER) on 11 hits while striking out three.
