The Shoreland League crown is on the line beginning on Monday when Casco travels to Denmark for the first of potentially three games in the championship series.
The A's clinched their spot with a two-game sweep of Algoma, beating the Penguins 4-1 and 12-2. The Devilbears needed an extra game to earn their place in the championship series, splitting the first two games before beating Manitowoc 8-5 in the decisive third matchup.
The two teams combined for five All-Shoreland League honorees, with the A's boasting Noah Lindsley (Pitcher of the Year) and Mitch Jandrin, while Collin Lacey earned Newcomer of the Year honors.
The first game is on Monday at 7:30 p.m. in Denmark. Casco will host games two and potentially three on Wednesday and Thursday at the same time.
