Door County Baseball League action returns under the lights this Friday night when Baileys Harbor welcomes Maplewood.

Baileys Harbor's Aaron Brey and Danny Lodl held down a tough Egg Harbor lineup for an 8-2 win. The pair combined to strike out 13 while allowing two runs on seven hits. Patrick Haese, Bryce Plzak, and Caleb Plzak set the table at the top of the order with two hits apiece. Caleb Plzak also drove in a pair of runs in the win. 

Kolberg scored nine unanswered runs, including three in the first inning, to beat their southern rivals Maplewood 9-1 at home. Tory Jandrin's fielder's choice represented the lone run scored by the Mets in the game. Jaden Dillar and Zach Marchant each had two hits in the Mets' loss.

First pitch is set for 7:30 p.m.
