After a crowded Monday night of games, two of the local Shoreland teams will face each other on Wednesday when Casco visits Algoma.
In Green Bay, a five-run fifth inning was more than enough for the A's to throttle Ashwaubenon 11-1 at Joannes Park on Monday. revor Reinhardt made himself at home on the basepaths, drawing three walks and collecting two hits, scoring four runs in the process. Cole Bzdawka also had two hits and drove in a pair while Blake Robillard drove in three runs without the benefit of a hit. Noah Lindsley earned the win, allowing one run (0 ER) on two hits while striking out nine.
In Algoma, the Guins let their matchup get away from them in the seventh inning, allowing five runs and trailing 3-0. They were limited to just three hits in the game, with Austin Dart getting one and Brady Kita collecting two. Carson Leist suffered the loss, surrendering six runs (5 ER) on four hits.
First pitch is set for 7:30 p.m.
