Less than 48 hours before the first practices take place outside of the Don Hutson Center, the Green Bay Packers have signed their man.
Multiple sources reported Monday evening that the Packers and T Zach Tom agreed to a four-year, $88M contract. That contract includes a $30.2M signing bonus, the highest ever paid to an offensive tackle.
The announcement was paired with less-than-encouraging news from ESPN's Rob Demovsky, who said that they will wait to see how C Elgton Jenkins settles into his new position before approaching him on his own new contract.
