The start of training camp is just a few days away, but that does not mean the Green Bay Packers front office is coasting into the first practice.
Last Friday, the Packers signed T Anthony Belton and released DL Nesta Jade Silvera and DL Cameron Young. The move gets the Packers closer to their 90-man roster limit and gets all of its draft picks in camp.
On Monday, the Packers released K Alex Hale after a stint on the practice squad through the league's international pathways program.
The organization also announced that July 29 and August 1 will now be public practices, canceling a practice set for July 30th. According to the Packers, all public training camp practices at Ray Nitschke Field are scheduled to start at 10:30 a.m.
