After splitting their first two matchups, the Green Bay Blizzard captured the win on the road against the Quad City Steamwheelers on Saturday night.
The Blizzard outscored the Steamwheelers 16-3 in the first quarter, a stat that proved to be important for the team to hold onto the victory as they were outscored in the second and fourth quarters.
Max Meylor threw for 200 yards and four scores to go along with his 74 yards and three touchdowns on the ground to lead the Blizzard to victory. Four different receivers caught touchdowns for the Blizzard, led by TJ Davis who had five grabs for 88 yards.
