The Kolberg Braves scored at least four runs in three innings en route to an 18-0, eight-inning game on Sunday against Baileys Harbor.
The Braves got out to a fast start thanks to a four-run first inning, thanks to a run-scoring single from Nick LeCaptain and Austin Dart. Leading 8-0, Trevor Reinhardt hit the first of his two home runs to cap off the sequence that saw the Braves expand their lead to 11-0. He homered again in the sixth inning to make it 13-0.
The Braves pounded out 13 hits in the game compared to just two for the A's, paced by four hits from Reinhardt and two apiece from Charlie Neinas and Dart. Five other players recorded at least one hit for the Braves to support Reinhardt on the mound, who allowed no runs on two hits while striking out eight. Brett Anschutz and Chris Lodl were the lone A's players that got to Reinhardt. Danny Lodl took the loss on the mound as he gave up 11 runs (8 ER) on seven hits.
