The meeting will take place at 3 p.m. inside the Lambeau Field stadium bowl.
According to Packers.com, the organization will present three candidates for shareholder vote to join the Packers Board of Directors: Timothy M. Bergstrom, Laurie A. Butz, and Edward R. Policy.
Proxy information will be sent to the organization's more than 539,000 shareholders later this month before the Annual Meeting. It is part of a busy July for the team, which will host its 5K and 1K runs the weekend before and the start of training camp the Wednesday before.
