It took a little longer, but the West Jacksonport Ports were able to go on the road and win a high-scoring 11-10 game against Baileys Harbor on Sunday. The Ports scored first, stretching the lead to 3-1 after three innings. The A's jumped ahead in the 4th with six runs on five walks and two hits. After five innings, The A's were up 8-4. In the 6th inning, the Ports scored three runs to make it 8-7. The Ports took the lead in the 7th with a lead-off home run by Alec Schartner and a two-run homer from Derek Niedzwiecki to make it 10-8 Ports. The A’s chipped away with a run in the 8th and 9th to tie it up. In the 11th with a guy on second base, Niedzwiecki hit a double to win the game.
